The transitional living program provides housing and case management services to low income families needing assistance underlying the need for higher incomes, and supportive services in combination with accessing mainstream benefits. The program is for a year and welcomes veterans’ families.
This program provides several apartments throughout PWC for 7 families paying rent not to exceed 30% of their income. Adult member must be employed. Meeting with the case manager on a consistent basis, developing a service plan and working on maintaining a permanent stable home are mandatory parts of the program.
It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of one door, our Transitional Housing Program, effective June 30, 2017. We believed that during this program we helped served our community and the population we supported. We want to thank everyone and wish everyone the best.
